¨Sophia Ahmad is exploring fundamentals and cultures embedded within contact improvisation, contemporary forms and capoeira. Relating to our mutual desire to provide a space for the community to gather safely, Sophia will disrupt the feeling of the Monday blues by holding space for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ people to redirect our creative energies in order to come together and be present in the community, to collaborate and be heard.¨
