SCORED: PENPALS
2021“SCORED: PEN PALS is both a live virtual performance event and a published collection of scores-as-correspondences between pen pals from the West and East coasts, bridging communities and practices after over a year of pandemic-induced isolation.
Two people from different places will exchange performance scores (instructions, drawings, descriptions, etc.). With an intentionally short period of preparation time, the participants will perform the scores back to back in a virtual setting through Pieter. The scores, alongside images from the performance, will be published as the second issue of SCORED.”
